Every piece you receive from Nirvana Wild is made or curated with Love, good vibes, & good intentions. I am most inspired by people who live out loud!
I aim to respond to Nirvana Wild emails within 3 business days though it's generally within 24 hrs. Please feel free to email me about any and everything regarding Nirvana Wild Jewelry or information I've shared. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Weekends are for my family and my self. Emails received over the weekend (which may include Friday if the message has come in after leaving the office for the day) are generally responded to the following business day.
PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MOST IN NON HAND MADE ITEMS IS APPROX. 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS PLUS SHIPPING TIME (not including holidays). When order volume is high, it may be slightly longer. Purchases are shipped in the order they were received.
Some items are ready to be shipped within 48 hrs after purchase.
PLEASE be mindful of wait times and processing times. ALL ITEM WAIT TIMES WILL BE DETAILED IN ITEM DESCRIPTION OR DROP DOWN (SELECTION) MENU. THESE WAIT TIMES ARE APPROXIMATIONS AND IN RARE CASES MAY EXTEND PAST THE MAXIMUM TIME. PROCESSING/WAIT TIMES ARE THE TIME SPENT IN HOUSE BEFORE THE ITEM SHIPS. I work hard to ship prior the maximum wait time, though when order volume is high it may extend the entire period.
I ship orders when the COMPLETE order is ready, unless discussed prior.
I ask that when considering your purchase, please be keep in mind that I run this business alone and ship in the order received. Unforeseeable circumstances (such as restock shipment delays,) though rare, could cause a delay in your order shipment.
If you need an item shipped sooner than the 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS PLUS SHIPPING TIME or STATED WAIT TIME please be sure to contact me to see if we can work that out. There is also the option to add the Expedited Shipping Upgrade to your cart. With it, you skip the Nirvana Wild order line plus upgrade the shipping method to Priority 2-day shipping. Select "Shipping" from the products menu to add it. EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR PRESALE ITEMS (items with stated wait or processing time) MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH ME PRIOR TO ORDER.
All Nirvana Wild items are shipped First Class via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you (from service@PayPal.com) via email once your selections are being prepared for shipment.
Please note: receiving a shipping notification doesn't always indicate that the order has left the Nirvana Wild office. It can indicate that shipping information has been sent to USPS and the order is awaiting completion, pick up, or drop off.
**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Nirvana Wild ships worldwide! Please be mindful of possible customs or VAT charges imposed by your country. Nirvana Wild can not be responsible for these charges. If imposed by your country, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Nirvana Wild is also not responsible for shipping or customs delays domestically or in the recipient's home country. Once the package leaves my hands shipping times are out of my control, beyond *guaranteed shipping methods (shipping upgrade methods which guarantee a delivery date.)

Payment for custom orders must be received PRIOR to completion. I work hard to source the necessary materials and supplies to make your vision come to life! It’s disheartening to have gone to these great lengths in addition to the work time necessary to complete the item(s) and then experience a customer’s change of heart without compensation.
Returns for custom orders may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Nirvana Wild holds the right to resell the returned item at will.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are not anticipated as I work hard to exceed customer expectations. However, should you want to exchange or return an item you've received for any reason, the request will be honored for items in their original undamaged condition, up to 10 days after the purchase is delivered, less shipping.
Nirvana Wild is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged during transit provided that the shipping address matches the address on the PayPal receipt.
